The governor of Plateau has told the security agencies to find the people who caused the recent attacks there

Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State has told the police to find out who attacked villages in Mangu and Bokkos on Sunday.

On Monday in Jos, the spokesperson for the Governor, Dr. Makut Macham, said that the Governor gave an instruction.

He said that if security agencies act quickly, they can stop the situation from getting worse and make sure justice is served quickly.

Lalong spoke out against the violent attacks in Murish, Kumbum District, Jwak Mai tumbi, Mangu and Marish, Bokkos. These attacks hurt people and destroyed things.

He said that the attacks were trying to bring back a time of fighting and problems, but the government has been spending a lot of money to stop that from happening.

The governor felt sorry for those who lost their lives and things, and told the Peace Building Agency and the State Emergency Management Agency to quickly help them.
