This week, Walid Sadi, the newly elected president of the Algeria Football Federation (FAF), will choose the next coach for the Desert Foxes, according to the froshnaija.

The French magazine L’ Equipe claims that Sadi is debating between Vladimir Petkovic and Jose Peseiro.

The Algeria Football Federation has made proposals to Peseiro and Petkovic.

The Nigeria Football Federation, or NFF, has terminated Peseiro’s contract, and the Portuguese player has not yet received an offer from the soccer league to extend it.

The 63-year-old has declared that he will deliberate over his future over time.

Following the team’s dismal performance at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, the Algeria Federation is searching for a new coach to make adjustments to the Desert Foxes.
