Adeleke took some other people to the Dr Gabriel Okara Cultural Centre in Yenagoa. They will do something there on Wednesday.
He said he is hopeful that if the party is together after they choose the person to carry their flag in the election, they will win in the state. He also said that to keep power in the state, they need to stay united.

Today, we need to choose an important representative for our group. We are a group making sure the election is fair for the party.
I want everyone to work together. We need to work together even after the first vote to make sure the PDP wins the final election. We need to work to make sure that the governor keeps his job.
During the elections, we have to follow the party rules written in the constitution.
The Senator-elect for Bayelsa East Senatorial District, Chief Benson Agadaga, says that it’s a new way of doing things for the PDP family in the state because only one person will be chosen for the party primaries.
He said that it’s never happened before and will make the party more united and loving as they get ready for the elections on November 11th. He thinks that the progress and unity in the party is because of the good things that the governor has done. How Duoye Diri leads.
