Salary: $28.00 per hour for 40 hours worked per week

Education Secondary (high) school diploma Work Experience
2 years to under 3 years
Examine, assess, and implement new administrative procedures
Distribute work to office support workers, and verify that procedures are followed and deadlines are reached.
Carry out establishment administrative tasks
Manage rules and processes for record release in the processing of requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Coordination and planning of office services such as lodging, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, and asset disposal parking, maintenance and security services
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
