Blackface – Eedris Abdulkareem – helped 2Face become what he is today

Diligent According to Nigerian singer Eedris Abdulkareem, 2Face, also known as 2Baba, owes Blackface, his former bandmate, the majority of his career achievements.

He claimed that the head of the now-defunct Plantashun Boiz, which made 2Baba famous, was Blackface.

In the most recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, which is co-hosted by actor Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, also known as Nedu, Deity Cole, and Husband Material, the seasoned singer made an appearance as a guest.

“Most of the things wey 2face be today, na Blackface make am happen,” Abdulkareem stated in Pidgin.

According to the froshnaija, Blackface, Faze, and 2Baba, who was then known as 2Face, were formerly a part of a band named Plantashun Boiz. After they broke up and started their individual solo careers, the band went out of business.

In multiple interviews, Blackface claimed that 2Face was to blame for their breakup. Additionally, he claimed that 2Face had stolen his smash song, “African Queen.”
