Nigerian chef Hilda Baci achieved a new world record for cooking in a contest

Hilda, who is known for making delicious Nigerian Jollof, began the contest at 4 p.m. on Thursday. She started her stove and broke the world record on Monday.

A Nigerian chef named Hilda Baci cooked for a really long time and broke a record for the longest time cooking by one person. She cooked for 87 hours and 50 minutes.

Hilda from Nigeria, who makes great Jollof, began the contest at four o’clock on Thursday. She turned on her cooker and broke the world record on Monday morning.

If she gets official recognition from Guinness World Records, she will beat the current record holder, Lata Tondon, from India. Lata cooked for 87 hours and 45 minutes straight in 2019 to set the current record.

Baci is cooking a lot of food for a long time in Lekki, Lagos State, at Amore Gardens. She wants to cook for 96 hours and break a record.

Many Nigerians, even famous people, went outside in the rain to show support for a chef who is trying to break a record. She looked very tired. On Monday, it was Baci’s fourth day.
