The professional mixed martial artist defeated Alex Pereira on April 9th to win the UFC middleweight championship.
In a tweet, Tinubu commends the fighter for not giving up despite his earlier failures to capture the title.

Peter Obi, a candidate for the Labour Party’s presidential nomination, also used the microblogging website to wish Adesanya well.
