David Nwamini is the person who wanted to give his kidney to someone. He was involved in a case where a man named Ike Ekweremadu was sent to jail for selling organs. David is saying that he wants to stay and work in the UK because he believes he will be in danger if he goes back to Nigeria.

In court, Nwamini’s words were shared. Beatrice, who is Ekweremadu’s wife, and a man named Obinna Obeta were both sent to prison for a while. Beatrice will be there for 4 years and six months, and Obinna will be there for 10 years.

Earlier, Information Nigeria reported that three people were found guilty of planning to send a young man on a trip in order to take advantage of his body parts.

The Ekweremadus found someone to give a kidney to their daughter, Sonia, who is very sick. They brought this person to the UK.

David said he was given a chance to work in the UK, which he had always wanted but didn’t think would come true.

Dr Obina Obeta didn’t inform me why I was brought here. He didn’t say anything to me about it.

I would not have said yes to any of this. I will not sell my body.

I am scared for my safety in Nigeria. Those folks have the ability to accomplish whatever they want. I am afraid that I might be arrested or killed in Nigeria.

David said he wants to work, learn, and play football. He doesn’t want to ask for money from the bad people because it’s not good.
