Chelsea owner, Todd Boehly, was unhappy with the team’s performance in his first season at the club. He wants to make big changes to the team before next season.
Boehly spends a lot of money on buying players and will continue to do so during the summer transfer season.
The Evening Standard says that the board may send away 10 players after a very bad season.
Some of the players are Conor Gallagher, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Edouard Mendy, Hakim Ziyech, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Christian Pulisic, and Kalidou Koulibaly.
N’golo Kante might not stay at the club in the future, but it’s not decided yet. Boehly and other important people will decide if he stays or goes, even though he wasn’t picked for a certain list.
Kai Havertz might leave Stamford Bridge like Mason Mount because Germany wants him.
