Atiku Abubakar, who wants to be president for the PDP, is sad about how the election made Nigeria split up.

On Thursday, Abubakar spoke to Muslims about Sallah to celebrate the end of Ramadan. He said that Nigeria needs to have peace and get along with each other.

Remember that the person who used to be the vice-president came second in the election to Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC). The Independent National Electoral Commission announced this.

Tinubu won the election with 8,794,726 votes, while Abubakar got 6,984,520 votes and Peter Obi came in third with 6,101,533 votes.

Atiku said Muslims should help make Nigeria more together because politics caused problems.

Abubakar said he wants to say congrats to other Muslim leaders for finishing Ramadan. Ramadan was hard but it helped make their faith stronger.

During this time of controlling ourselves, we realized how important it is to not do anything bad that could harm our spirit and overall happiness. God tells us to stay away from bad things because it’s good for us in the end.

Ramadan is good because it helps us be closer to God, make our beliefs stronger, and give to people who need it. It is necessary to keep living with love, peace, and harmony like Ramadan demands.

When we go to our special Eid prayer places, we should also think about our country and remember it. We should ask God to give more kindness and good things to the country.

We must live our lives in a way that makes God happy, so that Nigeria can be peaceful and happy too. “We should make sure that our country is known for being fair and just.”

We shouldn’t act like everything is okay. Our country is split in half. The 2023 election for president has made the separation worse. I am really worried about this terrible situation.

He told Nigerians to keep trying even though the politics in the country can cause division.

We can’t let bad leaders in Nigeria ruin the country, it’s very important to us. All of us have an interest in a Nigeria that is together. We must work together to talk with people from different religions so we can live together peacefully and with love and respect for each other’s beliefs. That’s what he said.
