Actor Yemi Solade from Nollywood has expressed his concerns about his mental health on social media.

The Yoruba actor asked God for help in a now-deleted post.

Yemi Solade hinted at having depression in a photo of himself that showed him looking sober, but he did not elaborate.

Solade claimed in another post that in order to survive in Nigeria, one must be a member of a cult.

Solade captioned the photo, “IT IS REAL, cultic survival depressed.

While many people were still unsure of what was going on, Bolanle Ninalowo used the comment section to support his colleague.

Shake it off, grab your bible. One must be a part of GOD, baba. Not just praying and then observing the blessings in your surroundings, but reading to understand is also important. Smile, then go to the gym,” Ninalowo wrote in the comments.

We will be able to see and count our blessings when we stop focusing on and counting the “Vanity” of other people’s possessions. We will only have more blessings to count once we get used to doing so.

You are incredibly fortunate, baba. Be mindful of your priorities and work. “.
