Argentina will be the location for the 2023 U-20 World Cup, according to FIFA

Argentina will have the FIFA U-20 World Cup 2023TM. FIFA Council Bureau said this.

Indonesia couldn’t host the competition, so Argentina was chosen instead after people went to check it out last week.

The delegation visited the places where the tournament will take place and looked at the buildings and other things there. The AFA made an agreement to be the host and did all the paperwork that was needed.

In May and June of 2023, there will be a soccer tournament called the FIFA U-20 World Cup. It will have six groups, each with four teams.

Argentina will participate in the tournament instead of Indonesia because they won the right to host it.

Argentina has won the FIFA U-20 World Cup six times, which is more than any other country. They last won in 2007.

The country held the competition in 2001 too.

The President of FIFA, Gianni Infantino, said that this year’s FIFA U-20 World Cup will happen in Argentina. Argentina is the home of the world champions and they are happy to welcome the future superstars of football.

Thanks to the AFA and their President Claudio Tapia, and also the government, for quickly organizing this amazing event.

The U-20 World Cup is important for FIFA to encourage young people to play football all over the world.

This game that started in 1977 had some really amazing players over the years. Big names like Diego Armando Maradona, Lionel Messi, Paul Pogba, and Erling Haaland have all played in it.

The FIFA U-20 World Cup 2023™ will have new hosts. To decide the teams that will play, the Official Draw will happen on Friday 21 April at the Home of FIFA in Zurich. More information will be given later.
