Posted by Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, has been detained by the Ogun State Police Command.
A 72-hour deadline was given to the controversial singer for not accepting the invitation; the deadline has now passed. This has resulted in the arrest.
The Ogun State Police Command has given the popular singer 72 hours to report to the nearest police station or risk being detained by Friday.
The development was confirmed in a statement by the state’s police public relations officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi. Mr. Oyeyemi claimed that Portable had been warned to present himself to the police or face possible arrest.
He also stated that Portable’s father had promised to take his son to the station after pleading on his behalf.
